Medium-wave infrared heaters for industrial use
Our infrared heaters are characterized by a particularly homogeneous light pattern and a fast response time, making them ideal for cyclical or frequently interrupted work processes. The aluminized steel housing provides excellent reflection properties, enabling efficient heat transfer.
Our heaters can be installed individually or in larger arrays to create heating surfaces with high power density. This enables targeted energy input into the material being heated, which increases efficiency. The standard voltage is 220/230 V, but other voltages are also possible after technical testing. Control is via transformers, thyristor controllers, and electronic power controllers.
We offer our radiators in three different module sizes and with three mounting types: bolt mounting, center mounting, and plug-in design. This flexibility allows for the creation of customized heating fields with up to several hundred radiator cassettes per surface unit, with a possible power density of up to 64 kW/m².
The radiators are designed for horizontal installation as standard, but can also be installed vertically on request. The aluminum-steel cassette contains seven tubes equipped with high-quality heating coils – a product of over 50 years of expertise in the development and manufacture of quartz radiators. This ensures a long service life and low failure rates. Our radiators are even resistant to extreme temperature changes.
