Medium-wave infrared heaters for industrial use

Our infrared heaters are characterized by a particularly homogeneous light pattern and a fast response time, making them ideal for cyclical or frequently interrupted work processes. The aluminized steel housing provides excellent reflection properties, enabling efficient heat transfer.

Our heaters can be installed individually or in larger arrays to create heating surfaces with high power density. This enables targeted energy input into the material being heated, which increases efficiency. The standard voltage is 220/230 V, but other voltages are also possible after technical testing. Control is via transformers, thyristor controllers, and electronic power controllers.

We offer our radiators in three different module sizes and with three mounting types: bolt mounting, center mounting, and plug-in design. This flexibility allows for the creation of customized heating fields with up to several hundred radiator cassettes per surface unit, with a possible power density of up to 64 kW/m².

The radiators are designed for horizontal installation as standard, but can also be installed vertically on request. The aluminum-steel cassette contains seven tubes equipped with high-quality heating coils – a product of over 50 years of expertise in the development and manufacture of quartz radiators. This ensures a long service life and low failure rates. Our radiators are even resistant to extreme temperature changes.

Our CLASSIC radiant heater is characterized by its robustness in continuous operation. It is suitable for many basic applications. For over 50 years, almost unchanged, it has been THE solution when it comes to the perfect heating of materials. Installed in millions of machines, it does what it is supposed to do, precisely and continuously.

VELOX spotlights – maximum performance

Do you value maximum performance and speed in operational readiness?
Then consider our latest development, the VELOX spotlight. Unlike the CLASSIC spotlight, it is ready for use after just 6 seconds and does not require any holding current. The design, dimensions, and mounting options are identical to our CLASSIC floodlights. It can be completely switched off during idle phases, ensuring significantly greater efficiency. It is the result of the consistent further development of the classic medium-wave TQS floodlights, which have been around for decades, with a focus on energy savings and cycle time reduction. Energy has become one of the main cost factors in production. With the VELOX radiator, we have a solution for achieving significant energy savings in production with top performance. Of course, it is “backward compatible” and can be easily installed in older machines.

PILOT radiator – precise temperature measurement

If you require precise temperature measurements for optimal switching, we can achieve this with our PILOT emitter. Equipped with a thermocouple in the middle range, it provides accurate temperature data for optimal machine control.

Square radiator

Our TQS square radiator ensures even temperature distribution thanks to the parallel and right-angled arrangement of the quartz tube. Together with the machine’s reflector, the radiation yield is optimized. The radiator is available in two sizes (100 x 100 mm and 140 x 140 mm) and is suitable for horizontal and vertical installation. It is supplied with 100 mm long beaded connection wires and fork cable lugs. On request, we can also manufacture the emitter with longer connection wires.
